What is our Return Policy?
Most companies out there won't offer any kind of return on customized items owing to the fact that those items were truly custom made just for you, however, we can offer you some ease of mind with our return policy. We try our best to provide the highest quality custom t-shirts possible, however, we do understand that sometimes stuff happens and a return is required so here are our ground rules:
- Our window for returns is up to 30 days after the the package has been marked delivered.
- Due to the nature of a custom shirt there is a restocking fee (25%) IF it is a print error or sizing issue.
- Our designed shirts will be replaced IF there is a print error or sizing issue.
- Contact us before sending items back, we will review your order and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so we can handle your return quickly and accurately.
- Please include your original invoice in with your returned merchandise.
- If we need you to return your items we'll provide you with a return label.
- After RMA has been approved package and return your item(s) to:
